Quality Control

Quality is top priority. Every step of our process is continuously monitored to insure consistent production. All incoming fruit and outgoing products are inspected by both our quality specialist and the USDA. Each customer specification requires strict quality assurance. Our adherence to these specifications has earned us world wide confidence in our product and processes. Our Pure-Pack Private Label Programs offer customers the finest single-strength citrus juices availablee.
 

Chilled Juices

We produce a large variety of chilled juices and packaging configurations. Gable top packaging is available in 8, 16, 32 and 64oz. We also have 64 oz gable top with easy pour spouts. We also produce 8, 16, 32, 59 (carafe) 64, 96, and 128 oz bottles/jugs of various shapes. Each container size can be produced utilizing our Pure-Pack Private Label Programs to provide customized selections for your consumers.

Our processing operation uses the highest quality packaging and extended life filters specifically designed for single-strength citrus juices providing a refrigerated shelf life of 63 days.
 

Bulk Juices

Both concentrate and not from concentrate (NFC) juices are available in tankers and 55 gallon drums. Not from concentrate is also available in 300 gallon aseptic “bag in a box” containers. Bulk concentrate and single-strength juices are carefully custom blended to customer specifications insuring a consistent product year round.
 

Co-Packing

Silver Springs Citrus offers co-packing capabilities in both shelf-stable 6 and 46 oz cans and refrigerated serving containers from 8 oz to 128 oz.
 

Canned Juices

As a major packer of canned single strength juices, Silver Springs Citrus provides both 6 oz and 46 oz containers. We produce both private label and our house brand “Choice Crop” to meet the specific needs of our individual retail customers.
